Pineapple Teriyaki Salad with Cucumber, Sesame, Cilantro and Scallion


1 Fresh pinapple, peeled and cored
1/2 Red onion, diced small
2 Japanese or Persian cucubers diced with seeds and skin
3 Each scallions fine cut into rings on the bias
1/2 Cup Cilantro rough cut
1 Cup Chef McMillans Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade
2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame seed

Toss all in a stainless or glass bowl. Season to taste with lime, lemon, garlic or any of the hot sauces mentioned above.
