Tenderloin Serving Instructions:
Tenderloin is packaged in 2 pouches
Tenderloin should be thawed before cooking.
• The tenderloin was partially cooked to a minimum of 130 degrees.
• Remove out pouch. Place tenderloin which is in an ovenable pouch on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
• Place tenderloin in 400 degree preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Allow additional cooking time if desired for more doneness. Internal temperature of 140 is Rare. If additional items are being heated at the same time in the oven, allow additional cooking time.
• Remove tenderloin from the ovenable pouch and let set for 5 minutes. Slice the Tenderloin on the diagonal in 1/4 inch slices and serve with Roasted Garlic Horseradish Sauce. Leftover tenderloin makes excellent sandwiches.
Sauce Serving Instructions:
• We recommend heating the sauce in the microwave so that it won’t scorch and doesn’t need to be stirred as often.
• Heat sauce for about 2 to 3 minutes (depends on your individual microwave) until heated through.
• Serve with the tenderloin.
