SERVING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

We hope that you enjoy your King Ranch Casserole from that was prepared from scratch and made in small batches for the best quality. This casserole is great just as it comes, however, it is also great when topped with our Cantina Salsa. Serve with tortilla soup or a small salad and you have a complete meal. Following is some helpful serving information to ensure your satisfaction.

Packing Materials:

The ice chest container should be opened immediately upon arrival and food contents placed in the freezer. The casserole was shipped frozen from our plant with an ice pack or dry ice. The casserole should arrive cool to the touch and may be placed in the freezer if not serving within the next few days. All packing materials should be thrown away.

Keep small children away from packing materials.

Shelf Life:

The King Ranch Casserole was shipped frozen and will have a best by date stamped on the container. Once opened it should be used within 3 to 4 days. The Cantina Salsa may be stored in the pantry and refrigerated after it has been opened.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. REMOVE COVER AND SERAN WRAP FROM CONTAINER AND PLACE ON BAKING SHEET. PLACE INTO PREHEATED OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 ¼ HOURS (IF FROZEN) OR 35 TO 45 MINUTES (IF THAWED). USE CAUTION WHEN REMOVING FROM OVEN, AS THE CONTAINER IS EXTREMELY HOT. SERVE WITH CANTINA SALSA AS DESIRED.

MICROWAVE OVEN:

REMOVE COVER AND SERAN WRAP FROM PACKAGE. WITH 50% POWER DEFROST CASSEROLE FOR 6 TO 10 MINUTES (DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE) TURNING EVERY 3 TO 4 MINUTES. INCREASE POWER TO 100% AND CONTINUE HEATING FOR 8 TO 12 MINUTES UNTIL CASSEROLE IS HOT AND CHEESE IS BUBBLING. USE CAUTION WHEN REMOVING FROM MICROWAVE, CONTAINER IS EXTREMELY HOT.
