| We decided to call it a relish rather than a jam because we didn't want to confuse customers with traditional jams and according to the FDA in order to call this product a "jam" it must contain a minimum of 55% sugar. Besides ancho peppers we added some red bell peppers to give it a brighter color and additional texture. |
