ANCHO CHILE RELISH

Star Chef Jim "Sevy" Severson's Sweet Ancho Chile Relish can be used as a glaze for your favorite beef, pork, lamb or wild game. Baste shrimp or other seafood on the grill. Slather it over cream cheese or spoon it onto warm goat cheese crostini. GLUTEN FREE, ALL NATURAL, CONTAINS NO ALLERGENS.
We decided to call it a relish rather than a jam because we didn't want to confuse customers with traditional jams and according to the FDA in order to call this product a "jam" it must contain a minimum of 55% sugar. Besides ancho peppers we added some red bell peppers to give it a brighter color and additional texture.
