OUR FACILITY

Canyon Specialty Foods is located in Dallas, Texas with over 18,000 square feet in a U.S.D.A. approved facility. Included in the building is over 5,000 square feet of production area, 800 square feet of cold processing space, a test kitchen and over 3,000 square feet of cooler and freezer space.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING.....PRIVATE LABEL

Custom formulation is available to both the retail and foodservice markets in both large and small quantities. Our technical division is able to assist in the formulation of recipes. Each step of the production process is monitored by our high standard of quality control. Your recipes are produced with the utmost secrecy and integrity. By offering customized products for your operation, we are able to match your recipes and save on the labor costs and other related expenses.
